BARRE TEACHER TRAINING

Interested in becoming a certified Barre Instructor or simply looking to deepen your practice? Look no further!

 Join us for our Teacher Training Program! Our curriculum is thorough, empowering, fun AF and will be led by some of the BEST in the industry. 

WHEN: November 5th - January 21st | 11am - 6pm 

(no class on Sunday, December 31st)

Plus, additional required hours for things such as participating in classes, assisting classes, teaching mock classes and observing classes - which will all fall outside of the classroom hours listed above.

Who would benefit from this workshop? The short answer, EVERYONE, but this particular workshop is designed with female anatomy in mind. The longer answer: yogis, runners, cross fitters, moms and woman of all ages, anyone who struggles with common concerns associated with pelvic floor dysfunction, as well as anyone who is interested in amplifying their workouts by more intentionally integrating their core.
