LARKIN SILVERMAN

Larkin Silverman is a self-proclaimed Vinyasa Vixen who teaches accessible, inclusive, empowering, and Body Neutral Embodied Movement, Yoga, SMR, and Barre Fitness classes through a Certified Trauma Informed framework. For Larkin, these movement modalities are an act of reckoning and reclamation, to get folks out of their heads, into their bodies and find empowerment in their own embodiment.

Larkin holds a BA from Bard College where she studied Human Rights, Cultural Anthropology, and Dance, and is a Masters of Science in Social Policy from the University of Pennsylvania School of Policy & Practice. Before relocating to Central Maine in 2021, Larkin lived in Philadelphia where she Co-Founded her own brick and mortar studio, but dreamed of Maine wilderness after a lifetime of visits to her Down East fam. When not teaching, Larkin can be found stomping around local hiking trails with her daughter, husband and dog, writing, or making art.

DEE VENELLO

Dee is a 200 RYT and certified Barre instructor bringing a variety of experience to Soul Revival. Having a background in the medical field, she focuses on combining proper alignment and breath work to make movement accessible, but also challenging. Barre had been her first love (fun fact: her first ever barre class was taken with Lindsey!) and she knew right away that she wanted to spread this practice with others.

Dee pursued yoga teacher training as a way to deepen her physical practice, but learned that the practice goes much deeper than just the physical and when we align our mind-body connection, we can have a greater impact off of the mat. She hopes that her classes will inspire you, ground you and leave you with a deeper sense of inner connection.

WENDY WEBB

Wendy has been teaching yoga since 2005 and has completed 900 hours of teacher trainings in a variety of styles, including Yogahour and LYT yoga. She combines her knowledge from these studies to offer expertly taught, well-aligned yoga classes and workshops. Her goal is to make practice relatable, challenging and playful.

Off the mat, Wendy enjoys backpacking, paddleboarding and most outside activities. She lives with her family and way too many animals

MARISSA STEINER

Marissa is a 200RYT with over one hundred hours of continued education for pelvic floor and core integration. Her classes have a special focus on proprioceptive-alignment and are intended to intentionally link breath with movement to support stress reduction and safe body alignment.

Marissa has a Masters in Social Work from UMO and is correctly practicing as a clinical social worker with a focus on mental health and trauma related disorders. She is an active participant in performing arts and is a passionate advocate for yoga and its benefits for health and overall wellbeing, on and off the mat.

tabitha browne

Tabitha is a 200 RYT and certified Barre instructor. She started her yoga practice in 2015 and it has made a huge impact in her life. Her first barre class was taken here at Soul Revival, and she fell in love with it immediately! Throughout her life, she has taken on many different roles. Through them all, Tabitha has discovered a love for teaching and leading others.

Tabitha has moved around a lot, but is happy to have found a home here in Central Maine. Her favorite things to do include hiking with her dog, drinking iced coffee, and traveling.
