Wendy has been teaching yoga since 2005 and has completed 900 hours of teacher trainings in a variety of styles, including Yogahour and LYT yoga. She combines her knowledge from these studies to offer expertly taught, well-aligned yoga classes and workshops. Her goal is to make practice relatable, challenging and playful.
